This note covers the Syncwren waitlist website. Syncwren is an upcoming add-on for syncing beehiiv newsletter data to Google Sheets™. We’ll publish a separate, fuller privacy policy for the add-on before it launches.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Your newsletter URL, if you choose to share it.
- Your subscriber count range, if you choose to share it.
- Whether you’re interested in the founding member offer.
- A referral source: the
utm_sourcelabel in the page URL, or the referring website’s host if available, otherwise “direct.” We don’t save the full referring URL.
Why we collect it
We use your information to contact you about the Syncwren launch, early access, and the founding member offer if you expressed interest. Optional newsletter details help us understand who we’re building for and plan early access. The referral source helps us understand how people find the waitlist.
Where it’s stored
Waitlist information is stored with Supabase, our database service provider. Our hosting provider, Vercel, and Supabase may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure their services. We only use service providers as needed to operate the website and waitlist. We never sell your personal information.
You’re in control
You can unsubscribe from our emails anytime. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist information, email hello@syncwren.com from the address you signed up with. We keep waitlist information only for as long as needed to run the waitlist and communicate about early access, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
No tracking cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers. We don’t place cookies or use browser storage for the waitlist form.
